Homemade collagen Granola

Autumn is the season to wind down, for our senses and relaxation. The days become shorter, darker and cooler, so it is the perfect time to stay in and make your own homemade fried granola. Granola makes a wonderful snack or breakfast.

Once you try this fried homemade granola, you won’t go back to store-bought granola. It’s so much better!

The granola can be stored in a tupperware at room temperature for 1 to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months!

Not to forget, at this time of the year, we especially should support our skin – and we should do this from the inside. The perfect way to do it is by adding spoonful of Natur’Beauty Collagen to your granola bowl to nourish your skin from within.

Granola ingredients:

– 1 tablespoon coconut oil
– 1 medium banana
– 1 egg
– 1 cup rolled oats
– 1 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
– A pinch of cinnamon
– A pinch of salt

Toppings:

– Apple, yogurt, milk, pecans, 1 scoop Natur’Beauty Collagen and honey (optional).

Directions:

1. Put coconut oil, banana, oatmeal, egg, cinnamon and peanut butter in a pan.
2. Mash, mix and fry over medium heat until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
