Shipping Locations
We ship to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and specific EU countries.
Catered EU Countries
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, and Hungary.
Order Processing and Shipping Times
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (excluding holidays).
Shipping Details
We offer free shipping for all orders over CHF 50 / €50. To qualify, your cart value must exceed CHF 50 / €50.
For orders below this amount, the following shipping costs apply:
- Switzerland and Liechtenstein: CHF 9.80
- Germany: €4.90
- Rest of European Union countries: €7.90
Delivery Methods
- Deliveries within Switzerland are handled by Swiss Post.
- Deliveries to European Union countries are managed by DPD, GLS, DHL, or Deutsche Post.
Shipping Frequency and Delivery Times
- We ship daily.
- Delivery to Switzerland takes approximately 2-3 working days.
- Delivery to European Union countries takes approximately 5-8 working days.
Partial Deliveries
The supplier may perform partial deliveries and services if necessary.
Undeliverable Orders
- If a buyer does not take delivery of the goods, the seller can, after a period of two weeks, sell the goods to a third party and hold the original buyer liable for any loss incurred.
- In cases of force majeure, product discontinuation, or other uncontrollable circumstances occurring after the conclusion of the contract, the supplier will be released from the delivery obligation. This includes events such as strikes, lockouts, and official orders.
Return Policy
- Products can be returned within 14 days of the order date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in perfect condition and unopened.
- To initiate a return, contact us (MACAD’OR AG, Eistrasse 5a | 6102 Malters, email service@collamin.com) with a clear declaration (e.g., letter or email) before the withdrawal period expires.
- Once notified, the goods must be returned within 14 days to the address indicated in our reply email.
- Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods, covering the full amount including delivery costs. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
