Do you want to actively help shape the "COLLAMIN" brand and not just execute marketing, but keep developing it further? Then become part of our marketing team. In this versatile role, you'll take ownership of our brand communications in Switzerland as well as in international markets. You'll guide marketing projects from the initial idea through to successful execution, ensuring our brand is presented consistently, creatively, and effectively across all channels.

Responsibilities

You'll develop and execute integrated marketing and communications initiatives for our brands and products, both digital and offline. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C target audiences
• Owning our social media channels — from content planning through creation to performance measurement
• Collaborating with influencers and brand ambassadors, including campaign planning and performance analysis
• Creating creative content for social media, website, newsletters, sales materials, and POS materials
• Further developing our website, including SEO optimization
• Developing and adapting packaging, product labels, and marketing materials for various international markets
• Managing and coordinating external agencies, graphic designers, and other partners
• Independently leading marketing projects, including scheduling, budget, and quality control
• Creating marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and modern AI tools
• Analyzing campaign performance and deriving optimization measures
• Monitoring market, consumer, and competitive trends to identify new opportunities

Qualifications

You're a creative personality with a structured way of working, combining strategic thinking with strong execution skills.
Ideally, you bring:

• Education or further training in marketing, communications, or digital marketing
• Several years of professional experience in marketing or digital marketing
• Experience in brand management as well as social media marketing
• A passion for content creation and storytelling
• Solid knowledge of SEO and experience working with CMS platforms
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and modern AI tools
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
